Do it Yourself Rental

With the "Do It Yourself" rentals we supply all the keypad equipment and know how and you supply the manpower. We send out all the Keypads, Receivers, and Laptop with Software to make your meeting interactive. You just pay for your show days, not the in transit days or the rehearsal day.                       
We include our help and support in setting up the software and instruction on how to use the system.

Remember our software works in PowerPoint so it is very easy to learn.
Anyone who knows PowerPoint at an average level can easily learn to operate the system in one day.

Complete System Rental

$5 per keypad per day

Plus $500 per day for Receiver, Voting Software, and Laptop.

100 keypad system for one day
$500 x 1 = $500
$5x100 = $500
Total $1000

Example 2
35 keypad system for Two days
$500 x 2 = $1000
$5x 35 x 2 = $350
Total $1350

Example 3
200 keypad system for one day
$500 x 1 = $500
$5x200 = $1000
Total $1500

• Complete online training
• Speaker training video to help you solicit questions from presenters
• Presentation review and consultation for question entry
• Tech support and emergency cell numbers for help

Items to be paid by client not included in the above total are as follows:

• Projector
• Shipping charges (just give us a FedEx number)

HOW IT WORKS
Here is how the typical Do It Yourself Rental Goes

• Fill out a quote request or call us up and reserve your system.
• We email you the rental agreement.
• You overnight the rental payment to us or you may use any major credit card and we overnight you the Software CD and the link to the online training.
• We ship the system to arrive the day before your event. We will be happy to provide phone consultation and support during setup.
• You conduct your meeting and ship the system back upon completion.
