Our Full Service Rentals are intended to be a complete consultative experience from start to finish. We provide a technician to go to your show and handle all the interactive needs. We will work with your presenters to formulate the questions to get the most out of your meeting. We are committed to your success.

The Rental Pricing includes:

• Technician to operate the voting system
• Set-up and rental of all necessary electronic equipment including wireless response keypads, interface unit, and host microcomputers.
• Shipping and ground transportation of all gear.
• Use of our standard software packages.
• SVGA output for primary and backup microcomputers.
• Totally redundant control backup equipment.
• On-site support by Audience Voting Inc Technicians for set-up, operation and striking of the equipment.
• Advance question entry for sessions and preparation of customized logo background.
• Post-meeting printed results. If results are required on site, we can arrange a laser printer for output on site.
• Post-meeting export data diskette.  

Items to be paid by client, not included in the above total are as follows:

• Hotel for Technician or Technicians
• Overtime to Technicians for support beyond a 10-hour day
• Video Distribution System for display of questions and graphic summaries.
• Security for the system while on-site.
• On site printer if required.
• Sales tax where applicable
