Each member of the audience hold a wireless keypad and registers as to the team they are on. We then start with rounds of questions about product details or competition features. After each round of 5 questions we bring up a scoreboard that shows the standings. After several rounds the final scoreboard goes up and the audience is on their feet.
Our system comes complete with custom scoreboards, game show music and all the equipment for the show. You just give us the 20 questions and answers and we take care of the rest.

The Game Show Rental includes:

• Technician to operate the Game Show voting system
• Set-up and rental of all necessary electronic equipment including wireless response keypads, interface unit, and host microcomputers.
• Use of our standard software packages.
• SVGA output for primary and backup microcomputers.
• Totally redundant control backup equipment.
• On-site support by Audience Voting Inc Technicians for set-up, operation and striking of the equipment.
• Advance question entry for sessions and preparation of customized logo background.
• Post-meeting printed results. If results are required on site, we can arrange a laser printer for output on site.
• Post-meeting export data.

Items to be paid by client, not included in the above total are as follows:

• Hotel and air transportation for Technician or Technicians
• Overtime to Technicians for support beyond a 10-hour day
• Video Distribution System for display of questions and graphic summaries.
• Security for the system while on-site.
• On site printer if required.
• Sales tax where applicable
